At I Art Reborn, each reborn doll is a handcrafted piece of art created with care and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke and artistic nature of reborn dolls, the following policy applies.

2. Nature of Reborn Dolls
Please note:
Reborn dolls are handmade artistic collectibles
Minor variations in color, texture, veining, hair rooting, and facial details are normal and expected
Product photos are provided as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings
These natural variations do not constitute a fault.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Dolls (Important)
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order reborn dolls are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE, except where required by UK law (e.g. if the item is faulty or not as described).
This includes:
Custom skin tones, hair color, eye color, gender selection
Naming, certificates, or personalised accessories
Any doll created specifically for a customer
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Ready-to-Ship Reborn Dolls (UK Customers)
If the doll is ready-made (not custom) and you are located in the UK:
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
The doll must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all accessories
You must notify us in writing before returning the item
Return approval is required before sending any item back.
5. International Customers (Outside UK & EU)
For international orders:
Returns are accepted at our discretion
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
The doll must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Custom and made-to-order dolls are non-returnable
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:
Custom or personalised reborn dolls
Made-to-order dolls
Digital items (certificates, downloads)
Accessories purchased separately
Items damaged due to improper handling
7. Condition of Returns
Approved returns must:
Be in original, unused condition
Include all accessories, clothing, certificates, and packaging
Be securely packed to prevent damage
Returns showing signs of use, handling, or damage may be refused.
8. Return Process

with your order number
Await written return approval and instructions
Ship the item using a tracked and insured service
We inspect the return upon arrival
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
9. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
10. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your reborn doll arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and order details
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law
Damage caused after delivery (e.g. handling, exposure, improper storage) is not covered.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Bank processing times may vary
12. Hygiene & Safety Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, reborn dolls must not be used, displayed, or handled prior to return approval. Any signs of use may void eligibility for a refund.
